Diabetes causes the blood sugar levels become very high. There are two types of it:

  • Type 1 – then the immune system destroys the cells which produce insulin;

  • 3 handfuls of spinach;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 stalks of celery;
  • 1 green apple.

How to prepare it: wash the apple and carrots, and then peel them. Remove the apple seeds and place all of the ingredients into a blender in order to make a juice out of them. Consume it each morning on an empty stomach. It will help you normalize your blood sugar levels and lower blood pressure.
